Habit one — make a to-do list. It is very important to set specific goals (for example, not simply “learn English,” but “learn 20 new words”).
Habit two — morning exercise or light physical activity. Sport is good for your health and also gives the body energy for the whole day.
Habit three — the ability to recharge with positive energy. If you always think positively and understand that every action you take helps you achieve the desired result, you will feel more comfortable and work more productively.
Habit four — read every day. Make time to read books and useful information. You will learn many new things, broaden your horizons, and have more topics to discuss with friends and colleagues.
Habit five — do not postpone tasks. If you can do something in no more than 2 minutes, do it. The more you put things off, the heavier the burden of responsibility becomes.
