Myth: You can sober up quickly with a cup of coffee. Then you are ready to drive and work!
Fact: Coffee contains caffeine, a stimulant that can make you feel more alert. But! It does not help your body process alcohol faster. If you have been drinking, give your body time to break down the alcohol. That is the only way to sober up!
